Bedford Roughyed
150.0Kg. Might have let the foot off.... With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!
CanaBull
155.3lbs today. Still maintaining, haven't been running much but walking a good 20km a week. Seeing COVID cases going up again here since the kids went back to school and folks went back to work. Seems the 25-40's are socialising enough to spread this and get things locked down again so expecting to see the gyms go bye bye and be off limits. gingerjon
Has the second lockdown fatted us all out? Anyway ... weight (just checked) is 78kg so ###### diet and daytime laziness being balanced by still going out running. Also up to 1114km for the year, which I'm pretty pleased about. Interesting how these things work out. My wife has lost about a stone this year, she's now thinner than when we got married 20+ years ago and her wedding ring is slightly too big. My weight has stayed the same. I'm over 2000km running for the year so far, definitely going to be less than last year.

tim2
I welcome its return! Since March I had turned into a fat wheezy blob. I had stopped running and gained 10kg. On October 12th I decided enough was enough and started on the regime that helped me lose 35kg 10 years ago. In the last month and a bit I've lost 6.5kg (3lbs per week) and am running 3 times a week. I'm hoping to get a 10K training run in on Sunday. My target weight is 72kg (currently 78.5) 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. I come in search of terror, though terror is my own; I come in search of vengeance for crimes and crimes unknown. I care not for your children, I care not for your wives, I care not for your country, I care not for your lives." - (c) Jim Boyes - "The Avenging Angel"
Shadow
Entries are invited for the 2021 weight reduction matrix spreadsheet. Weighing in day will be Wednesday I'll endeavour to publish each week apart from when I don't. If numbers drop below 4 (including me) I'll stop it. CanaBull
Would love to see this going again, not looking to lose much, just the Xmas increase but sure as heck not looking to gain either. tim2
I've been on the case now since October 13th. Exercised (walk or run or both) every day since then, got the food intake back on track. I was 85.1kg on October 13th, yesterday I weighed in at 74.1kg 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. Bedford Roughyed
157.4. I wish that was pounds but it isn't.... I have invested in quite a bit of new gear, real weights (no more York specials), olympic bar (they are longer than I guessed), rack, bench, kettlebells. Safety squat bar is ordered (only after getting a real bar did I realise my shoulder mobility is so poor I can't do bar squats) and rowing machine is due in a few weeks (was a 15 week wait list). My living room is now a gym, so it will all watch over me as I have a KFC...
