sentoffagain2
Good luck to Brett in the future.Over the last few years he has had quite a few injuries and in the circumstances i think he made the right decision.Going back a while i can remember Norman Cherrington second row for Wigan late 50's to sixties having a glass eye that looked like a marble ,he was a good player. And also Peter Smethurst who played for Swinton at centre then Leigh in the pack. The classic case though was the Aussie Leigh signed only to find one of his arms was missing just below the elbow. However he was a good player and managed his disability to compete on equal terms. coolie
I said weeks back that delaney was shot, body has gone and announcement of retiring was only a matter of a short period of time, that will free up a little brass for a replacement.. Hear Ben barba is doing nowt
