Broncos back at home

Recommended Posts

London Broncos will this week return to Trailfinders Sports Club for the first time since their opening day win over Wakefield Trinity in the 2019 BetFred Super League.

Following two games away from their Ealing base against Salford Red Devils and Hull Kingston Rovers the capital side are back at home to face the Castleford Tigers on Saturday 23rd February at 5.15pm in a game that can also be seen on Sky Sports.

Broncos Head Coach Danny Ward has again for the fourth game in a row named an unchanged 19 man squad for the Tigers visit and his side will be looking to make the most of home advantage.

The visit of Castleford will see the return, to London, of former Broncos players  Tuoyo Egodo and Matt Cook. But due to injury there is no Luke Gale, Alex Foster or Mike McMeeken in the Castleford 19.

Danny Ward said following the Hull KR defeat, ” We played pretty well in the first half and could have been further ahead. It’s the little mistakes that we will work on to fix up and we need to be smarter.”
