Hopefully, the games against Toronto and Toulouse and the improvement v Batley will set us up for a much needed confidence boosting win.  It seems that wet match conditions could prevail, but with the predicted gales for parts of uk possibly missing the Rochdale area. An important game.

What do Rochdale fans make of the dual registration with Warrington? Isn’t it a bit worrying that you’re reliant on them week in week out?!

With the current financial problems involved in keeping a club of our stature in operation and not being the only club participating in dual registration, there are certainly more important things to worry about. With the diversity in value and class existing between various clubs competing in the Championship, for some, it's a case of survival.....and not just in the division.

A hard fought and impressive 20-8 win in difficult conditions with some sterling defence and excellent goal kicking. Thanks to https://t.co/QqVyqc8iiv at Roch Valley radio and the Hornets tweets for keeping me in touch with victory.  The close losses by Dewsbury and Swinton serve notice of how important every match will be. A timely confidence booster for York’s visit who beat Leigh today. Hope that Harvey Livett made some difference in what seems to have been a great team effort.

A good performance today from the boys. Seemed to function much better with Abram & Scott Moore at halfback and Ben Moore at 9. Excellent defence but need to be steadier with the ball and not try to score every set.  Argues well for the rest of the season.

Strong performance, barring first ten minutes the result never looked in doubt - Ben Moores MOTM in my opinion changed the direction of the game completely, another must win this week home to York

Unfortunately, the crucial win came at the cost of two injuries (Howarth & Flynn), potentially, several weeks to recover.  Anyone any news of Declan Kay, Seta Tala & Declan Gregory, seldom mentioned recently in despatches?  We will need a strong team, firing on all cylinders, for the York game and beyond.
