This is starting to be worse than Good Friday. Really think for the last 20 we need Harris and Marsh to swap positions. Also why hasn't Mazive been selected?!

Give some credit to Featherstone. Chisholm is a top player and they’ve made good use of Dual Reg.  Different class today.  TBH many of us thought it was gonna be like this every week - we have well over-performed to date.

Doesn't mean that today's performance wasn't woeful.

Too many of our influential players are out injured, then add three loans to the team and it's no surprise we were well beat my a very good Featherstone Rovers team. We defended well in the first half against a bigger side which then took it's toll in the second half. Featherstone are a very good side and I'd be delighted if we finish the season one place below them.

York have massively over-performed this season, but it was men against boys today.  You can't take an undersized, patched up team (quite a few of whom had only played championship 1 or amateur rl until recently) and expect to win every week against  teams of hardenend championship pros / ex-superleague players.  We should be looking to next season and get some sponsors on board so that we sign the like of Chisholm on full-time contracts and build on what ha been a great season.

Watford were walloped 6-0 in the FA Cup final but would expect their fans would by happy with the season they have had. Everyone knew we had a small squad and we have been severely tested by injuries this season. The club are doing all they can with the budget that is available to them. But if there’s any lottery winners out there who want to give to an extremely good cause, please put a few quid into squadbuilder.

Cheers mate we are work in progress with a very unsettling pre season. You guys have gone very well so far and good luck for the rest of the season.

As a Fev fan I thought York played very well for the first 30 minutes and were restricting us when we were in possession with good line speed. Once the game opened up a bit, the difference in quality at the skill positions was obvious, but you've been a bit unlucky to catch us on two good days and that was a strong team we had out today, Chisholm and Holmes have made a big difference for us and we looked like beating Toronto at our place until the last few minutes.

Think York will still knock off another win or two against other top 8 teams and it might be a very different contest when we come to Bootham Crescent.
