Broncos and Eagles agree dual reg

Recommended Posts

London Broncos Rugby League is pleased to announce the signing of a dual registration agreement with current Championship side Sheffield Eagles.
The agreement will start with immediate effect and will run throughout the 2019 season.

Both sides have impressed with their early season form and will be looking to help each other as the season progresses.

Broncos Head Coach Danny Ward said, “We are excited about the dual reg partnership with the Eagles and the opportunities it will bring for the players. The lads will get chance to test themselves at Championship level in what is a fiercely competitive league this year.”

Eagles coach Mark Aston reiterated Wards opinions,” Danny (Ward) has a great relationship with Keith Senior (Eagles Assistant Coach) from their long career together at Leeds and it’s an agreement that we all feel will be beneficial to both clubs and the players. Danny has done a fantastic job at the Broncos, him, his staff and the group of players at the Broncos are proving the doubters wrong so I’m sure the players we will work with will be hungry and keen to get into contention for Super League matches.”

London Broncos next face Hull FC at home on Sunday 24th March while Sheffield Eagles will face a top of the table clash away at York City Knights also on the 24th March.
