Looking forward to our game at the weekend, we are coming for the weekend again but i got a call from premier inn where we are staying letting me know about road works and i was wondering if anyone new how to avoid some of them. Thank you in advance, Looking forward to having a beer with some of you again.

Cant really avoid them mate as they are right outside the hotel, but they won't be that bad, 2 min walk to ground and 10 mins to town centre from premier inn

Cumbria County Council have announced a two-week road closure of North Road due to start on April 29.

The road will be closed from 7.30pm to 6am.

The work is being carried out to enable Thomas Armstrong to carry out resurfacing works.

Thanks for the replies, looking forward to a few beers and a sing song in the Robin hood again. Then on Sunday we will spend some money in the Raiders bar. Thanks again for the info.
