Amber Ribbon Posted April 30, 2019 Share Posted April 30, 2019 Over the last 5 years we have raised over £22,000, all of this was used to help the Rams, both on the field and off. Just a few examples of what we have done are. Player sponsorship. Contribute towards player contract payments. (several thousand pounds) Contribute to the funding of the working party. Financed the refurbishment of the Amber Ribbon bar. Supply training equipment for the team. Update sound equipment in the Royal suite, Repairs to the stadium, and many more. We respond to requests from all areas of the club, helping fund projects and purchases. We are all volunteers, raising monies wherever we can. Raffles and membership contributions are our main source of income. At our recent AGM it was apparent that not everyone knows of our Golden Ribbon Membership Scheme. Supporters can donate a small amount each month by standing order. £5 is suggested, but a bit more would, of course, be welcome. This will be in the Royal Suite. Membership for the 2020 season is £5. Once you have become a member you will be issued with a new membership card. This will entitle you to £5 off your season ticket, 5% discount in the club shop and entry into a draw for a box for 2 games during the 2020 season. Anyone wishing to renew/join can pick up a form from the club office. Once your application and amount has been received your card will be issued and available to pick up from the club office. Your membership card entitles you to £5 off a season ticket 5% discount in the club shop and entry into the draw for a box for 2 games for the 2020 season.
