Apologies to everyone (especially KN)for being a miserable #### yesterday. I was in the middle of a perfect storm of Leeds Utd losing, the ticketing system being annoying, and trying to sort out a troublesome builder!!

As ever, people from our great club have gone that extra mile to help me and others who can't get tickets.

However, I am now only calm until the next time I try to use the system to get a ticket. I will ensure I try to talk to someone at the club  before I try to get a ticket rather than after!

Just yesterday you are miserable ?  , are you sure DD

Good luck Batley. This is the first Summer Bash I won't be attending due to the brainfart of moving it from the bank holiday weekend. Thanks a lot RFL.

Me too

me too.....the wife could not get the Monday off....

The RFL originally wanted the first weekend in June for the Magic Weekend , but moved it due to a concert at Anfield around the same time. I hope next year they leave the bank holiday weekend to us. Blackpool needs a long weekend,

You had nowt to beat in the second half. A poor, poor Dewsbury side going nowhere.

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.

Defensively we were much better than Dewsbury, although I think the score flattered us until those two quick trys at the end.

We played well I just think we had the better style of rugby to win the game... our forwards were on top for long period of time... sammy K for the rams won’t be there long as he’ll be back at Wigan as there best player again I thought ward,  Brearley & Scott were class I hope smeaton lets knowles & Ryder out of the pockets tonight fax will be another tough test but can be beaten hopefully we kick on now

Acid test will be next week with fax. Rams were poor and thankfully referee was hardly noticed.

Are the rams totally reliant on sykes. Shouldn't be with ward, knowles, Brown and finn.

Some gritt seemed to be of been found but then we do have the personnel to make mid table ours.

Happy carlinghow here and to back up a freak good Friday result means we are currently the better heavy woolen side!

Battles all over the park graham. All the positions the dogs lined up against were matched. If we banged a few more dominant kicks in the game would of been wrapped up much sooner.

Hope Wilkin gets over it hes the knew "stevo I love dewsbury".

Maybe gts and discos friends/ social refreshment does pay dividends in contrast with karl rhinos/ kears ahem

Apart from when smeaton was to busy messing about with Knowles that he left a massive gap for sam day to run through for the last try,  but the game was won by then so all is forgiven!!
