I don't see any confident posts bigging up Hull FC from a Hull fan JB.

You imagining things again?

And what's with the echo?

Just shows what a "fools game" forecasting R.L. games is. H.K.R. beating what many punters believe are title contenders,Swinton supposedly "cannon fodder" at Toulouse winning.

As for title contenders Warrington are a long way off being Champions.

Warrington regularly make big money signings, but they don't always play as a team.

Big win for Hull KR. No doubt satisfying for Tony Smith on a personal level.

A record points haul may be needed for London, Hull KR and Leeds to survive. Massive game next Thursday now, especially for London.

As for Wire, top may prove beyond them now. For any chance they have to beat us in 2 weeks. But, even if they come second (which is likely) the top 5 system puts them in a great position to get to the Grand Final, and then it's just a one off match. No way can they be written off in those circumstances!

Useless Warrington.

Think of it that Rervers have done us a favour by taking points off one of our top 3 rivals.

Increasingly weird and very enjoyable season in the lower reaches of the table (well done HKR, by the way).

It's a great battle at the bottom, making for some exciting games, exactly why we should never go back to a closed shop with umpteen meaningless matches.

Gooleboy,

Exactly, that is why they will not be Champions.Sometimes big money signings can upset the apple cart.

Lets look at who could be playing in a big match who weren't there today, clarke,Ratchford, lineham, Brown,Philbin and possibly Burrell. A totally different team. We are not the best team ( saints are) but are capable of winning a trophy. And we got to both finals with a poorer side.

Rovers were dominant for most of the game but the Wire defence was so tough and then they twice broke away for tries against the run of play.

It was looking like another hard luck story for Rovers but justice was done with a brilliant flowing move and a touchline conversion to get the spoils.

This was a very special Rugby League occasion with an atmosphere supercharged, the tension palpable and the result in doubt to the very end.

I’d have thought you’d have had your fill of games with the result being in doubt to the very end!

I'd rather not think about some of our games over the last year or so when the result was far from in doubt, long before half bloody time. ☹️
