Niels Posted June 17, 2019 Share Posted June 17, 2019 I must be one of the few who watch it. They show regular live Scottish Championship football on Friday nights during the season. There are other shows also. The coverage is very good and at half time there is a historical football related feature. Yes you are correct, next season there is only ICT in the championship.☺ Ross County, they are based in Dingwall, won the league this year and have been promoted so won't be featured. They were on tv a lot last year. They were my favourite team in the league so I will have to choose another. Elgin are a third highland side. They are in division 3 based in Moray. Yes, it is a common part of everyday speech. There are a fair few words like that in Scots English that you wouldn't hear elsewhere. Methven Hornet Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 On the disappointing viewing figures, they reflect the very low esteem in which the BBC is held in Scotland, especially amongst those the channel was aimed at ie those who want to watch content about Scotland, produced in Scotland, and/or from a Scottish point of view.
