No Junior on Sunday

Team for Sunday.

Knights: Marsh, Bass, Salter, C Scott/Hey, Whiteley, Harris, Robinson, Teanby, Jubb, Horne, Jordan-Roberts, S Scott, Spears. Subs: Ellis, Dixon, Stock, Baldwinson/Blagbrough.

According to the Press, it's not clear if the loan for Junior can be extended. Shame, but still a good side.

He has signed for Leigh.

Money talks obviously. Leigh pushing the boat out trying to get back to SL. I'd have loved to have seen him in a Knights shirt, but no point in breaking the bank for one player. The Knights are a team.

Think we have another good centre in Cameron, would like to see him stay for the rest of the season, plus theres another couple of good centres on our books.

Obviously we can't compete financial with the above teams, but seemed to be enjoying his time at the knights and was a crowd favourite with the supporters in his short spell at the club.

If you look at the teams where he is likely to go and have the budget for him also in the mix for the playoffs realistically he could get full time in Toulouse if he is willing to relocate, he has only been in UK for just over a year so a possibility. Doubtful Toronto will go for him as all their centres are under 31 and they have an ageing pack which will be where they will look at recruiting. Leigh for me makes sense, they seem to be really going for it and the DR with Saints along with the team they have if they have the budget could mix up the playoffs and Toronto might not be guaranteed to walk it. Fev not on their budget along with the same for us

Think if the money hes offered from Leigh and Toulouse are the same, Toulouse would be his best bet a much better life style, hes 31 with just a couple more seaons in him.

Personally I would definitely take Toulouse over Leigh. The Toulouse squad would be even bigger with him in it which is a worrying thought haha

Allegedly he is part of a game of musical chairs. He goes out from KR to free up a quota place for Parcell and Leeds free up a quota place for Mr Next Marquee Signing.. and, it seems, his destination is Leigh.
