Obviously a must win for Skolars.

Doncaster to win

The others though are really hard to call (showing how tight the league is), but...

Newcastle

NWC

Haven

...all to win (although would like the top of the table clash to be a draw if possible)

Just to repeat last weeks message, for any Workington fans travelling to the game at Wexham on Sunday, regarding possible traffic disruption.

If you are following satnav, you will probably be directed off the A483 at junction 6, which is being resurfaced over the weekend and may be closed (there is some confusion here as to whether it will be closed all weekend or just at night).

If it is closed, carry on to junction 5, and take the exit for Wrexham (A541). There are brown signs for Queensway after the football ground, also follow the signs for Nantwich (A534). After leaving the roundabout in front of Tesco, the next right turn into Montgomery Road leads to Queensway (signposted).

For the return journey, go back along Montgomery Road and turn left at the end of the road. Follow the signs for Mold (A541) until you pass the football ground, then follow the signs for Chester. If you follow the signs for Chester too soon, you will end up at the closed junction.

See you Sunday, have a safe journey.

A third win on the bounce would be great for us to go into the back half of the season, it'd also put us level with Worky with a game in hand...now we've finally found some form, long may it continue ? A playoff place is probably out of reach now, but we could have a bearing on who does or doesn't make it....

Which two league one teams would be best equipped to be a sustainable championship club - in your opinion? With my limited knowledge i’d say Newcastle and Workington.

Hopefully we will have the Argyll money by then which would give us some scope to strengthen the current squad. ?

Got to agree with you, both clubs would bring more to the Championship.

Been nowhere near good enough unfortunately . Change of coach , discontent off the pitch it seems , can’t get a full compliment training , and average and sometimes apathetic displays on the pitch . Been poor really

You did so well last season, doing the double over the Bulls and giving us one heck of a game up at your place.

Some cracking games this weekend. Think Doncaster will be far too strong for WWR but all the other games could go either way.

Bears will have a number of players back this week and hopefully getting back close to full strength. Think it'll be a cracker of a game and hopefully a morale boosting win for the Bears

Just a heads up for those predicting a whitehaven win over the Yeds. We've played them twice this year, last time out we won 48-12 in the 1895 cup, before that in the league we won 36-12.  Aggregate 43-12. If I remember right, we nilled them at home last season. Of course a whole new game this weekend.

Cup game we had loads missing. League game we had 2 tries dissalowed when the score was 18-12. Not saying we'd have won but it would've been close. Are you fetching many up it should be a good game.. 18-16 Haven
