We never have any luck against Salford espically in the last couple of seasons, and i don't expect that to change in this fixture.

With us being so poor recently can only see a home win, but if we can manage a win then hopefully it can kick start the remainder of our season (Catalan, KR & Rhinos to follow in the next month).

We do seem to be Huddersfield's bogey team, so I  will also  say Salford by 10.

Theres very much been a role reversal over the last 3-4 seasons, in which case I tip Giants to become Salfords bogey team and put one over them, a desperate giants by 8*.

*we'll get stuffed really.

Phil Clarke trying to remember the last time Salford were in the top four after twenty-odd games and reckoned it must have been in the 70s.

I reckon it was as long ago as two years.

Salford score. Pathetic Giants defence.

Wasn't it just? One of the softest tries you'll see.

Another tedious example of the preponderence of evidence suggesting one thing but the video ref unable to make the best decision (no try, landed short) because the stupid system has the on-field ref having a say even though he's no idea.

Cummins states Hicks arrives late to see the grounding, yet Hicks sends it up as a try..

Under the laws of the game HIcks is correct, you cannot disallow a try because you didn't see the ball grounded. If he sticks to laws of the game he has to send it up as a try.
