Rugby League History Being Made in Scotland

Really good to hear ru having a controlling interest is always a worry in the same way as a rich club owner the plug can always be pulled in the morning.

But that sounds positive and realistic for the present.

Oxford, write to Barla and ask them to organise their leagues in odd numbers of teams so new teams can get friendlies when they start up.

Yeah looking at building a structure on the back of union clubs is always going to be fraught with difficulties. It will work in some cases but should not be a blueprint for how to grow the game.

Good to see some youth development happening though, hopefully they can link in with the north east league, even if it’s only for odd friendlies as I know the distances are quite great
