I think Joe is one of the most effective players off the bench in the Championship, but who do you leave out? It is a great position for the club, and Fordy to be in. When anybody does get a chance they have to grab it by the horns knowing what quality we have waiting in the wings. I'm sure that is what Joe will do when his turn comes. Squad rotation, keeping all players fresh with hard games coming up, dont read too much into players not playing, Fordys doing a great job.
