Dave T Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 It is more of a problem than in recent years as they used to announce all Thursdays at the start of the year, then same again when Suoer 8s came in. Thursdays seem to bring decent viewing figures, but travelling fans for the fixture must be way down on the weekend numbers. Seems to be pretty knee jerk from Sky. Strangely, there was no outcry of the unfairness that London played against 1st place in a loop fixture and other relegation threatened teams played them just the twice... Leeds and Huddersfield play Saints three times too so your point is not valid. The fact that the fixture list is not even is an issue though, depending on the draw it can be a big disadvantage!
