Following the decision by both clubs – Rochdale Football Club and Bradford City AFC – to abandon Saturday’s pre-season friendly at the Crown Oil Arena due to adverse weather conditions, we can now announce the match abandonment arrangements.

Standing water on the pitch apparently .

A large VAT Dave please.

The bad weather forecast (75-90% precipitation) for tonight and tomorrow in Rochdale suggests that the game could well be in doubt.  This especially if the football club have worries for the new pitch. Perhaps the game will turn out to be last of this season rather than what should have been the first!

New pitch,I think it’s new drainage Rochdale need.

Thanks.

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.

Squad has been on the our league ( match centre)  site for a couple of days!

I know that. They have to submit a squad. However, it is  ALWAYS put on Twitter. The Hornets Social Media is dire at present
