Great effort from London.

Surely the RFL (or SL) need to move the Giants fixture to Sunday now. All KO at the same time.

You would think so. However, it is now very short notice and really, would it make that much difference?

The Internet is really wasted on you!!

No, it's wasted on people like you calling rugby players cheats/chuckers without actually using those words, you've got a big mouth and yet when called out for it you're just like the rest, slink back into the shadows saying you've done nothing wrong.

get lost loser.

Huddersfield Town are at home on the Sunday so that isn’t an option unfortunately.

Sky have just announced the Thursday and Friday as TBC. Only reasonable way I can see it is if everybody plays Friday, 7.45pm

All of the games affecting the relegation outcome need to kick off at the same time. Super League really need to show some balls on this.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Yeah we def don’t want a repeat of Austria v West Germany in 1982.

I’d agree , and that would enhance the excitement . But I guess sky call the shots

Why?

Do you think this influences how well players are going to play, some people think that there's some sort of advantage, on that I call BS.

They need to be at the same time and of course there’s a potential advantage. What if London and Wakey knew a draw would keep them both up for example?

It's really important that Wigan's and Warrington's games kick off at the same time too. Otherwise it is very possible that Salford could kick off with 4th place guaranteed and little chance of 2nd or 3rd.  They could then easily rest players favouring Hull KR's survival at the expense of Wakefield's (or even Huddersfield's in the unlikely event they lose to Catalans).

It’s extra time golden point. Can’t really draw this year. It’s win or bust

Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.

In fairness it would take a fair amount of planning to get through 80 minutes and then a further 10 minutes of golden point without either side getting a winner. The potential is there though, it has to be said.

It absolutely makes a difference.  It changes and affects what you need to do in a game, whether that be result, margins of victory etc.

It also provides great drama for tv if all are playing together!

Next week is really gonna deliver something special in super league. There are so many outcomes its unbelievable.

If kr, London and hudds win, Wakefield are down.

If kr and London win and hudds lose, hudds are down.

If kr win and London lose, London are down.

If London win, kr lose and hudds win, kr are down

If London win, kr lose and hudds lose by 13 more than kr, hudds are down

There's probably more possibilities than that as well that I've missed. This is incredible!

I think it is so other teams don't know in advance what they have to do.

No it doesn't, have you played at a professional level or have any qualification in psychology, becaue if you had you'd know you were wrong?

You either play to your best or you don't, you make that tackle or you don't, if some other game whose outcome you have ZERO influence on the result and don't know the outcome of influences how well you play then you're weak minded and probably not a professional sportsperson.

You play to win and win by as many as possible every single game, you can't score more points that you are able to, you don't score more because of some perception of what another team/result is going on elsewhere. This premise is simply stuff and nonsense concocted by others in the past who also fail to grasp basic human psychology.

If you go into the last game of the season and your rivals are playing next day and PD is important, you score as many as you can, if you're playing the next day and know your rivals have scored xx, then you try to score enough to overcome the difference, it can't be any simpler than that. Changing dates at such short notice is not just unfair but a load of pony, it doesn't reduce the excitement by sticking with the format as is.

Because if the points difference, it's basically just "if London lose, they're down; if London win, they're up."

Their points difference means it doesn't really matter if Rovers lose. The only way it does is if they lose by more than 54 points more than London. Can't see that happening in a big game like that. They're not Hull FC.

That's true, I missed that, thanks for the correction!

So you don’t think knowing what you have to do in a game will affect how you approach it? If so I think you are wrong and would assume you also lack the qualifications you reference!
