2blackrooks
Great seeing the sport kind of moving forward, Edinburgh doing well in the NE League and recognition in the Scottish parliament, the re emergence of Glasgow RL The u19's and 16's doing reasonably well in there development games and McEwans coming on board with some sponsorship. Hopefully the national side will put on a good show in the up and coming WC qualifiers and hopefully they get some descent media coverage.
cookey
Good to hear,Keith Hogg seems to be doing a decent job. Must be an oppourtunity to link up with the development progress based around Newcastle Thunder?

2blackrooks
I know the SRU have links with Newcastle RU can't see why SRL couldn't do the same in developing players. Recently the U16s played Ireland at Newcastle so maybe? Just need a few more teams to appear & a meaningful league but even if Glasgow joined the NE league along with Edinburgh would do wonders for player development. flyingking
Scottish RL website doing themselves no favours by having zero promotion of their most important home game in years. The only mention that there is a World Cup qualifier going on is in the article describing the squad selection. Even then there is no mention of the stadium it is being played at nor, the kick off time, nor any mention of how you get tickets. www.twitter.com/flyingking2

My blog: https://rugbyl.blogspot.co.nz/ It takes wisdom to know when a discussion has run its course. It takes reasonableness to end that discussion. Heritage XIII
Their facebook page & twitter page have been more active promoting their RLWC game. Perhaps that is where there is most engagement with fans/public these days rather than the website.
2blackrooks
Yeah loads of stuff on social media but no live stream, I just feel Scottish RL never do the hard ground work in promoting themselves.
