Brett Phillips resigned for another season,it looks like Haven are going with basically the same squad with a few local additions.

That’s a worry if that’s the case as the championship seems to get stronger each year. Hope the fans stick with them

Karl Dixon signed, great player but puzzling why it’s only a 1 yr deal when he has the potential to be an outstanding halfback at this level.

Its a two way thing Davo5, so maybe Karl only wanted a 12 month deal,

Brett Carter will be a very good signing if Jordan Burns is having a year out he'll be fine as a replacement don't think he's even 30 yet

He is 30. He will bring passion and enthusiasm to the team, maybe not the signing to take the club forward but he will do a good job

Forget Chuck and Chad I am the real legend killer

Good to see haven go well this year. How has some of your aussie imports performed like Zammit, williams, walmsley and king?

Zammit not really set the world a light, king has only played 1 game so would make a call on him after a couple more but he could be very good for us, really impressed with both Williams and Walmsley and hoping the club can keep hold of them

You'd like to think both would give  us more than one season but not surprised they've got interest elsewhere

It's a short career with limited opportunities to earn much money or glory.

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.
