Wheelchair Ashes

Recommended Posts

England 32-0 up after about 14 minutes.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

When are England going to concentrate on the higher quality English County of Origin games instead of all these blowout international games against lesser opposition? There's no point playing Australia now until after the majority of the invincible English team retire and we have emerged later, re-established from a stage of transition.

Thought someone had burnt a wheelchair when I read the title!

England completed the 2-0 series win with a 58-20 victory over Australia. Well done all.

Blimey, if the Kangaroos have been trying to dodge playing us despite winning most of the time, the wheelchair equivalent at least would have had an excuse.

How about calling games between any of the "European" Super League teams versus the "North American" Super League team Ryder Cup matches just to create more interest?

What has appropriating a name from golf got to do with being interesting? :kolobok_wink:

Oh, look at the little bit of sexism there too. Women’s Ashes since the 1930s. It’s not a modern invention, dear.

But, anyway, wheelchair RL is fantastic and beating the Aussies is always a good feeling.
