How many can we get?

How many threads on this subject can we get? With exactly the same answers?

The last thread on this subject dates from the prehistory of, er, last month.

Parky must be the most famous RL fan about

If you're referring to Parksider, he's only a fan of a small, inward-looking part of Rugby League.

If you're referring to Michael Parkinson, he's only a fan of RL when it suits his tired old Professional Northerner act. I remember him saying he was pure RL and didn't have time for RU. Then England won the RUWC and he fawned over them like the worst kind of Uncle Tom.

That staement's grossly unfair to Uncle Tom.

Freddie Flintoff is a fan I believe.

Rafa Benitez once commented he liked the game. Does that qualify as a fan?

It takes wisdom to know when a discussion has run its course.

It takes reasonableness to end that discussion.
