Thank heavens, the Easter Monday games were dreadful.

Would be good if the championship matches were all on Easter Monday

Rugby League is a sport that desperately needs to expand its geographical supporter base and its player base. This imperative means that all other requirements are secondary until this is done.

All power in the game should be with governing bodies, especially international governing bodies.

Without these actions we will remain a minor sport internationally and nationally.

Old news , fairly sure it was announced a month or so back

Fine, I hadn't seen it which is why I suggested as such.

Perhaps you can post a link to the relevant thread/news as you're fairly sure?

Interesting that the article in the OP states that all final round fixtures will kick off at the same time, which is long overdue too!

Perhaps, but I bet someone knew about it last year...

I remember reading something about it recently, but I think it wasn't confirmed news then. A speculative article, perhaps.

You mean a ' leak ' , which is the normal way we get news in RL ?

The speed decisions can change in RL, it is best to wait for official confirmation... then wait another week in case they change their mind.

Over two months actually, although that was speculation.

Is this somehow suggesting Hull FC were at a disadvantage in some way by having to play on Monday ?

Who did Saints play on the Friday ?

I wasn't suggesting anything other than we won at a canter on Fiday but were absolutely shafted on the Monday.

That was what being a Hull fan in 2019 was like.

It seems you're looking for things that aren't there.
