Maximus Decimus Posted April 12, 2020 Share Posted April 12, 2020 There was a DOS based game from the 80s that I played quite a lot years later. It was fast and pretty difficult to master in the harder levels. Super League Pro Rugby was terrible (I won my first ever game against Australia) and the EA Sports one was very slow IIRC. There just isn't the market for somebody to do one properly. Edit: turns out the DOS game was Wembley Rugby League which has already been mentioned here. Ah, I remember playing against Aberavon, good bunch of lads. Came up North for a tour, played a couple of games, including Irlam, we were all for expansion, & I think we did a tour down S Wales, but I couldn't go for some reason.
