The ratings are compiled from the votes of a panel of journalists and coaches ... and fans! As a member of the TRL forum, you get the exclusive opportunity to influence the nominations. All you have to do is nominate at least one (and up to five) player(s) in each position in the list below and post it in this thread (or you can PM me if you don't want anyone else to see your nominations). All the nominations posted here will be compiled into one overall set of nominations and added to those of the rest of the panel to create the final World Ratings. Harry Stottle Posted November 26, 2019 Share Posted November 26, 2019 Well the saying goes "you are as good as your last game" and I think it is without question that International Rugby League is a step up from club rugby - yes even for the NRL player's - so given that the perfornances of those in Red, White and Blue over the past few weeks as been somewhat to be desired, One bad game out of 4 I can live with but to underperform 4 from 4 from some of those who are being included in some selections on this topic is really extending the leniency clause somewhat. I have often thought that this World ranking/selection is just a bit of fun with no meaning at all to it, especially when our own Mr Sinfield recieved the accolade as the Worlds best, I seem to recall at the time he was really embarrased by it, and quite rightly so.
