IRL Board report & recommendations on Tonga RL

The International Rugby League Board has recommended a package of reforms for Tongan rugby league following the conclusion of a two-month investigation into the operation and governance of Tonga National Rugby League: http://rlif.com/article/8808/ 

Let's hope we can see some progress.

In other words, the existing RL governance situation in Tonga is out of date. Traditional ways of doing things had led to this impasse. Change will be a challenge.
