The Revolving Door For Sharks CEO Spins Once More...

Recommended Posts

Another CEO appears at odds with the board as the well connected and former Star City hospitality GM has parted ways with the club less than 12 months in the role.

Dare I say it, leading into this re-build, something smells very fishy in the Shire.

It's a funny (peculiar) job being a CEO in RL, especially I suspect if you've previously been in similar management roles in the normal world of business.

Outgoings are enormous and income has to be worked hard for on all fronts.

Then there's the business in dealing with some funny (peculiar) people. it's a macho game with some big personalites to manage.

Tough job!

The club is debt free, and expected to take over a golf club as an added asset, whilst their new club is being built ,as part of the 1/2BN dollar development around the ground.

The club meantime will be sending the next two years playing at their nearest suburban ground which is also the Dragon's home ground.A harder sell for memberships, but hey the Sharks thrive on controversy .Nothing to see here applies.

Nothing to see here is a bit of a stretch. interestingly, under the now former CEOs watch, the Sharks have already met last year’s membership numbers all whilst embarking on a two year journey, playing out of the home of their arch rivals.

He is a massive loss for a club that really needed him.

The Sharks have not announced their membership numbers for 2020.What appears on the NRL site  is in fact  last year's figures.I wish it were so TBH.
