Donny away, put your money on it.

Don't be silly it will be Skolars away, massive travel and accommodation cost and one man and his dog watching.

Not a bad side they were shown on the BBC last weekend. Great to get a home draw  though .hope all the injuries clear up ..with not many matches in the league . A good run in the cup  is what we need .UTT

A good solid amateur team but shouldn't be a problem for Town,

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Tbf we've had Siddal, Newcastle Thunder and now West Bowling at home in the last 2 seasons in the Challenge cup.

Happy to have an home draw and should give the lads a good final fitness test before the league campaign starts.

It could certainly have been a lot worse.

Give the trialists a run out

A week before the league season starts I would assume we’ll play as close to our first choice team as injury’s allow. At least that way they can play 80 mins with normal substitutions and start to gel as a team. Nothing against the trialists at all but we need to hit the ground running.

Ideal prep for the league . Only 2 preseason games , both away , so this is not too arduous but allows us to have a competitive game at home and get our team together and gelling for the next week . Hopefully get a few points on the board and a lift for the league starting
