Looking at attending the Keighley-Newcastle tie. Pick of the round? Perhaps too close to call.

My winners are IRB, LMR, NWC, Siddal, Doncaster, Barrow, Huns, Keighley, Hornets, Underbank, Town.

Agree all of that. West Wales lack of preparation is staggering!

I think a lot of Championship 2 sides might come a cropper, as they haven't played a lot of hungry sides.

Mayfield vs NW Crusaders is the BBC game.

Barrow v Skolars is the OurLeague fixture

I don’t rate our chances at Barrow.

Can't see Barrow losing at home (or away) very often this season.

Ok. Perhaps I'm overstating it. I just feel that only publicly naming 10 players ahead of the first game and no friendlies may appear (to some) to be a lack of preparation. No offense intended.

Mayfield are giving it a good go, but a Cup upset doesn't look very likely at the moment.

RMF 0:10 NWC

Crusaders pretty dominant throughout, some really nice individual bits of play. Bit more composure near the line would've got them a much bigger HT lead than 0-16.

Looks like a good crowd there too, and some away fans. Not that I have any idea how many Mayfield usually get to their games, or how many fans NWC take to away games.

Cru normally have at least a coach worth. Amazing support for L1. They seem well in control of this game.

Nice to see a second-rower with the pace to go the length of the field for a try...

I believe that's Cru's record high score. Think they'll do well in L1 this year.
