Good Superleague player but the Warrington game showed he lacks the physicality for international rugby, hope he makes a full recovery.

Which was identified by Wayne Bennett despite the “experts” on this forum claiming Bennett know nothing

Great news about the new contract, he's been a very consistent player since he broke into the team, which was around seven years ago!

We'll have a job in replacing him whilst he's out injured. I anticipate that Costello will get the first chance to fill in. He's never really stood out since he started playing first team, but did show some more positive signs towards the end of last year.

If Costello doesn't nail the spot down over the next couple of weeks, then Welsby might move from full back to centre when Coote returns from injury. We seem intent on shoehorning Welsby into any spot in the backline at any given opportunity so he gets plenty of game time this year.

I’d still support the theory that it’s better to pick a centre in a centre position and consider the fact that 50% of the time you have the ball and you’d like to have some strike out there . Bennetts thinking was inherently defensive I thought in picking Bateman there  . Square pegs in square holes and think more what guys can do rather than the opppsite . Percival couldn’t do anymore to earn a spot , I thought he was hard done to at times

Good on him for trying to put the big hits in last week but he will probably try it on someone a bit smaller than Murdoch-Masila when he is back.

Hope he recovers quickly, he is a good player.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

No he didn't. Don't know, when asked Bennett said he just preferred other options.

Feel free to answer the question I asked.

I never said that Bennett said anything so stop being a daft lad

are you for real???

Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

Very true, Percival’s poor defence is why Wayne Bennett would not select him for England.

I doubt Shaun Wane will pick poor defenders too, despite centre been a position we struggle to compete at Internationally.
