Most of Utahs 12,000 Tongan & 5,000 Samoan communities would attend, plus many interested fans would travel to Utah could see a 20,000 capacity crowd at Rio Tinto stadium. Seems like a winner if all relevant guarantees, contracts, insurance can be provided and funds placed in a escrow account to underwrite the game by the promoter. If these guarantees can be met it will be a winner for the game.

As long as it's in the off season and everything checks out I don't see why the NRL club's would have a problem with it.
