What evidence do you have that Linners is not being backed Tony?

We have lost by 20 points, away from home against a ft team that has likely spent upwards of a £1million more on players than we have. Where should the club conjure up this money up from to make us competitive?

I think if there was more money then the club would have opted for a higher profile coach.

The fact they chose Craig suggested to me that they wanted a coach who could be competitive without a lot of money.

The type of club Batley are would always give one of their own the chance. Still a long way to go but I think our performances are starting to pick up

Some decent defence on show even when the game had effectively gone. Let's hope we can carry this on.

it was a good effort by the lads. 1st half we looked the better side with cropper making inroads each time, Ineson didn't look out of place at scrum half. turning point was in 2nd half when Ford kicked over the defence on 3rd tackle ,no one there but Manu sprinted back to make a superb tackle and score came on next tackle, There was some great defence and never saw Bowman get ball out for our last try.. could not fault the effort one bit and they are playing with pride and passion which looked to be missing last couple of seasons.
