It's been a poor second half. Lot's of errors and poor options.

Good try to finish the game for the Raiders.

Very good win.

Three consecutive wins against the Storm for Canberra. Yes, a messier second half, but many great moments overall.

Williams will pick up some Dally M points  methinks. Instrumental in three Canberra tries.

Agreed. Most influential player in the game for me. Wighton was more involved overall but William's contributions were all quality.

I would go with

Williams

Papalii

Hodgson

Ok, that's three games of NRL done.

Time to get out of bed and face the day!

Chuffed to see him on the big stage.  He had a cracking 1st half.

Looks as if Ricky Stuart has him playing a much more controlled game. With Hodgson, Williams and Wighton having clear roles. The more confident he gets the better he will become. Can only be good for England.
The tests don't come much bigger than Melbourne.

Melbourne are going to have to come with some new dark arts.

Watching it the new restart rule will really hurt teams who are good at controlling the ruck. The ref would probably give a fraction of a second extra before giving a penalty and teams like Storm are great a managing that. Under this new tackle restart refs will just be more likely to give it because it’s causing much less disruption to the game.

Most influential person for the Green Machine ? Each player played their part . That is a machine .

George Williams taking his game to another level, going to the NRL will the making of this young man, It not enough to be a good player in a good team playing mediocre opposition./ Its about delivering an outstanding performance playing with good players against quality opposition. Canberra certainly their or therabouts when it comes to the premiership.

Melbiorne seemed to go off script, this was anything but an assured performance especially near the Cronulla line. Would not like to have been in the dressing room with Coach Bellamy post game...

He's not expected back for a few weeks yet. Hopefully we'll see him before June is over. Given the Raiders' performance today, if they keep that up, then add him to the mix, every match should be worth making a date for.

According to NRL.com Casualty Ward he is due back next week for round 4.
