A game St George should win comfortably, should they lose I would in normal circumstances expect Paul McGregor's position to be untenable but it''s management by committee at St George-Ilawarra and Dragons fan Jenna Brooks hit the ail on the head in the SKY Rugby League vodcast earlier in the week. With SGI powerbrokers unwilling to pay up McGregors contract it seems the plan is to force him to resign by making his role that of a titular head coach.

This is damaging the merged club, For already you have Tyson Frizzell, James Graham, and Isaac Luke going with promising juniors Tristan Sailor, Jason Saab and last weeks MOM Matt Dufty allegedly agitating to join them. Now it's reported that St George-Ilawarra will have a war chest of over $ 1 million AUD but without a head coach you will end up paying over the odds for ordinary players which is how they got into this mess in the frst place..

Dragons beat an utterly lacklustre Sharks last week and I don't think it means that they have turned a corner. Titans appear to have a bit more resilience this year so I go for them

Titans weren't helped by a loss of three players through injury but truth be told once they were behind they never looked like mounting a comeback. In the battle of the hopeless halves Taylor was truly anonymous. Holbrook has to end the club's belief in him almost as a franchise player. Their position in the league won't change with such a desperately average player as their leader

Again , a wins a win but everything is a bit of an effort when you’re struggling . Thank goodness for the titans and sharks . I see Rawalawa has signed a new contact - can they use it to teach him how to hold onto a ball ? His error rate is ridiculous . Even when he holds it he looks like he’s gonna drop it

Got the scoreline right but in a word - Humdrum.

How is it that if attendance is by Members only ballot thee were  SGI fans in the stand at Suncorp - Does that mean Gold Cost don't have any ?
