m brooksy Posted August 11, 2021 Share Posted August 11, 2021 Sad news this really. Can't complain with Green and Johnson where work is obviously their priority. Shame for Johnno to end his time here without even getting on the pitch this season after being a very solid player for a few seasons. Green is a loss I think as he would have been great next season for us in League One where those little mistakes wouldn't be so costly as they are at Championship standard. And in attack he would have been fantastic at either full back or stand off. Fletcher is a strange one. Looks like very talented up and coming forward who isn't quite ready to play every week in the Championship but in a few years time could have been a really good player especially at Loose Forward. Would have definitely kept Fletcher for next season.
