Storm looked so lively in that performance earlier. Dogs looked dejected by the end. That last try was a clever one, the kick the chase by JAC the dribble and the pounce was the icing on the cake. When I saw the poleaxing of Munster by the swinging arm across his neckIbthough he would be out of the game there. No, he recovered from that. It was the awkward twist on his leg when he was tackled that did for him. Two weeks out? Maybe a bit optimistic that?

STORM  v Doggies

5 minutes left and Storm lead comfortably 35 - 10

- Long range tries by JAC and Vunivalu

- Munster off with knee injury, could be gone for 2 weeks

- Lachlan Lewis got 10 in the bin for a high tackle on Munster. Looked bad from a couple of angles but not so bad from another. He then got JAC tight across the face

- Kewnny Bromwich scored a double.

- and with 30 seconds left, JAC chases a kick from a scrum on the 30m line to score

FT: Storm 41  Dogs 10

Bulldog's make Kenny Bromwich look the best wide running second row in the game!

Munster was interviewed after the match, and he didn't have an ice pack on his leg, so maybe it isn't too bad.

Kikau had been given a facial earlier. Answer in the best way racing over in the Panthers’  first real attack. It was on the back of a couple of penalties, one for giving extra attention to the face in a tackle.

How many times do Canberra have to cross the line before one counts?

That bit of edge and confidence the Panthers have is good to see. Solid defence and then turning it into attack. Raiders not playing badly deserve a try. Panthers always looking dangerous.
