Maloney hasn’t managed a tackle below the upper lip yet. Argues he was making the tackle but the player didn’t even have the ball

The big difference for me here has been the offload game. Controlled from Warrington versus speculative from Cats. And also the forward pack of Cats is a little less penetrative.

To be fair to Maloney he’s possibly frustrated with playing behind a weak pack. The Catalans front row seems poor to me.

He made a tackle around the head irrespective of whether the player had the ball. Correct to sin bin him

Mamo deserves some award for putting up with Joelkins' petty spitefulness for 80 minutes.

Bit scrappy and let them get to us a bit at times, but a few nice plays and defence generally good.

Catalans have got a few horrible players, Maloney put in three high shots in about twenty minutes. Joel Tomkins is, well, Joel Tomkins.
