Dual reg is dead

Recommended Posts

I have never understood how salary payments work under DR.I'm assuming under DR,the SL club pay most if not all of the wages. For a loan deal it would be the other way round.

Does anyone know the details or does each arrangement have different conditions attached?

If my memory is correct the money to pay for the dual reg players from Cas was possible with help from BISSA.

It was down to the agreements between the respective clubs. Some SL clubs have been very generous whilst some regarded it as an opportunity to make money. I will leave you to guess which clubs were in the latter category.

The same applies for loan arrangements.
