This.🤣

Can't say I have ever tried it, but I have seen remnants of that stuff on the streets on weekend mornings, it can't be that good that people pay extortionate prices for what is essentially a piece of baked dough and 20p worth of topping just to discard it.

There are people who haven’t eaten pizza? Wow.
I love good food, think it’s best when you cook it yourself, and very rarely do franchised fast food rubbish, but there is a time and a place for a standard pizza, like in the changing rooms after a game, or with a beer watching a game, (never a tuna sweet corn pizza though). I don’t condone swapping Super League sponsorship for pizza however.

There are good pizzas and bad pizzas. If Franco Manca were supplying instead of Papa Johns, you wouldn't see tuna or sweetcorn as toppings.

I didn't say I have never had pizza just of type you mention being "franchised fast food rubbish', on the other hand I could guide you in the direction of a restaurant overlooking the Colosseum in Rome where you can savour a proper authentic pizza topped with artichokes, prosciutto, sun kissed tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, accompanied with a rocket sald and washed down with a very slightly chilled Chianti, delightful.

40+ branches inside the M25.

4 outside.

Oof Harry it's only 9:58am and I'm dreaming of a romantic meal for two with you in Rome...

When Harry met Tonka!  Somehow I feel it has been done.

Just glad you clarified it was the Colosseum in Rome and not the one formerly in Leigh.

I agree with you. I don't understand why people would prefer lower grade nonsense just because it's local and convenient when if they were to just open their minds and travel a short distance, higher quality fayre is on offer.

The original Colosseum I believe was in Leigh, led by that well known Legionnaire Derekus Maximus Beaumontius they say the present owner of the Rugby Club is of direct lineage I don't  know how they make that out! apparently that is why the team is called the Centurions.

A restaurant overlooking the colosseum in Rome, sounds like a tourist trap restaurant
