not viable for Championship and League One to return to action without crowds.

The majority of clubs in these leagues have average attendances on a par with non-league football clubs who do allow fans to attend, so why are rugby clubs at this level being victimised?

someone at the RFL needs to challenge the government to get the ban on attendees overruled.

It would be very easy to maintain social distance at Derwent Park, as it would at most RL grounds. Even on a normal pre-covid gameday the crowd at DP is well spaced.

We either have to learn to live with covid until it burns itself out or a vaccine is found, or sport and many other leisure activities, theatres, pubs, clubs, holidays etc. will die out completely as businesses go out of business.

well said DTTRR if Reds can have 400 in borough park why cant championship and league one teams have a restricted capacity inside!!

The RFL need to show there claws!

the sad thing is we are having to turn people away as well. could easily hold another 200, which we would have been allowed in the lesgue above (600 max) if our season had ended with us being promoted and not null and void 😔

Seeing reports of crowds being allowed back in tier 1 & 2 areas once national lockdown is finished. Does this mean we could see rugby back soon? Assuming we and others can meet the other coronavirus protocols?

I think everyone involved from the board, coaches, players and fans are just desperate to see some action now.

Will it depend on all clubs being able to have fans do you think?
