And Kallum Watkins goes through for his first Salford try. Nice pass from Lussick.

The slow motion was so blurry that you could say no separation. Even though there blatantly was, as shown in real time.

It was given because of the rubbish picture quality.

Exactly.

My tv is obviously showing a better quality replay than whatever the video ref uses

Along with several others on here, I saw Powell lose control of the ball but awarded a try.

It seems only one or two didn't see it, Padge and the video ref.

You should try supporting Warrington. If you do that, every Wigan player deserves the death penalty even before kick-off. They must have ultra-ultra-HD TV in Cheshire.

...and now Bevan French does that Bevan French thing.

I can't remember the NRL player, but I recall the commentator saying that he was "diseased with speed!" French qualifies for that diagnosis.

The problem isn't with me, its the use of the word "conclusive".

Bevan French is cheating by using his speed, the ref should have given Salford a penalty because he was going too fast.*

I was more impressed with his swerving as to be honest any full back should have seen the gap and went through it... that was simple stuff... the bamboozling of the two Salford players was impressive.

Dear me, a bit desperate that mate.

Nothing wrong with French's tries.

I just don't like injustices in our game, especially when video evidence available is watched and ignored.

Even my wife has given up watching... more because of the repetitive commentary... for sure when they decide a theme or particular point to make they never give up telling you.

Besides which even the game is repetitive.. all too easy even ignoring the ref for Wigan - chuckle.  I have always thought they may sneak a GF win this year... Not so much on tonight's performance but besides the odd hiccup they always look strong.

It’s very strange to have a consensus  that if it’s in general play it’s a knock on ... but in the ingoal it’s a try . Whatever the laws , interpretations like that just make the game look ridiculous . It needs changing to control of the ball because what we see up here to often are just comical try decisions . He lost that ball and that seemed hundred percent clear

In a situation where the ball is on the floor, then a player hits it with their hand and the ball bounces away. In goal it's a clear try, the rest of the field it's a knock on. So we need to have different rules for in / out of goal.

As for the decision, for me, there probably was separation but the image wasn't clear enough to show it so refs made the right call under the current laws but I'd rather we changed the laws so it wouldn't be.
