Tony gigot loves a moan and a french arms in the air shout.

It was a dire game, strong wind and despite doing very little else Gigot scored, put a cracking cut out pass in for the left winger to score and 2, maybe 3 excellent grubber kicks which led to tries.

On the face of it that looks great but he could apply himself better imo and is just going through the motions at Avignon.

Great to have him in the league though.  Looking online can't find the fixtures for this week, is it a catch up week?

Looking at the FFR13 website, yes, it looks like a catch-up week. AS Carcassonne -v- Toulouse Olympique XIII Elite was the only match showing, but looks to have been postponed.

Isn't it Catalan Dragons versus Ligue Elite 1 Selection ? Not sure if it's online but presume it will be.

My wife complains I selfishly stop her fulfilling her true ambition -

she really wants to be a rich widow

Elite Game v Cats.

Certainly good to see him playing but watching him play is frustrating.  He’s dipped out of a few tackles near the line and week before last gave the ball away to the opposition like he never wanted it.  Needs to get his act together or Elite is the end for him imo.

Be interesting to see how the Elite1 go. They've got 10 or more games under their belts against the Dragons group who have only come together since this Monday. Frayssinous watched both games at Brutus and Lezignan at the weekend and he expects some Elite 1 players will make the World Cup squad. It's fifteeen years now isn't it since the Dragons last played at Aime Giral.

Is it that long Gordon must be 2006 😞 and complete madness that there are 2 rugby stadiums 800m apart both funded by the town hall, but hey ho thats French politics for you in the UK the ratepayers would be up in arms LOL:)

Paul

Almost identical size too! I know it's a bit bizarre, but I love it! I wonder if it was a result of the historic animosity between the two codes in France? Perhaps groundshare was not an option.

Great to see things are civil in Toulouse nowadays, where they will share with Stade Toulousain.

It is the result of the previous maire (And his father before him) running the town hall for years and playing everyone off v each other one being rugby and another being the gypsies who would vote en mass (In return for a nice fat cheque ) this enabled him to sneak in ahead of the Socialists/Communists and National Front every election for yonks.

Assistance also in signing big rugby names to come to Perpignan in the passed it helps though when there is plenty on you 🙂

Mr Maire we would like Euros 200000 to sign this top NZ international it will bring great promotional benefits to the city and region

I can offer 50% of that

Thats a shame Mr Maire oh by the way did you enjoy last weekend down in Spain with your visit to the ladies club

Tell you what I will pay all:)

Viva Le France 🙂
