Impressive RLWC21 Figures

Recommended Posts

Gentlemen, gather round, form a circle facing each other.

Now everybody turn 90 degrees to the right and then pat the person in front of you on the back.

This is the most positive forum topic I've ever seen (since I started looking on here).

Well done chaps!

Interesting WC snippet I saw this morning ,  Michael Cheika to coach Lebanon

Very interesting! Should be introduced everywhere as "former Wallabies coach who dumped the RFU select XV out of their home World Cup".

In all seriousness he'll be a solid international coach, where realistically it is team management, selection and motivational abilities that are most important.

A seven-figure deal apparently! Great work especially given the economic downturn in most parts of the world.

Cazoo will benefit from the 14 million followers of Rugby League in the UK, the hundreds of thousands set to attend RLWC2021 matches next year and the millions watching on TV. Both parties confirmed that the agreement is for a seven-figure rights fee.

A brilliant deal so far out from the tournament in the current climate, well done to all at team RLWC2021, 2nd hand car sales are a great fit for rugby league.

Predictions for the future -

Crusaders RL to get a franchise for 2012 onwards -WRONG

Widnes Vikings also to get a franchise - RIGHT

Crusaders RL to do the double over Widnes and finish five places ahead of them -WRONG

Widnes Vikings NOT to dominate rugby league in years to come! STILL TO COME

I promise to pay 10 to the charity of Bomb Jacks choice if Widnes Millionaires finish above the battling underdogs Crusaders RL. I OWE A TENNER!

That is really good news, fantastic in fact, but are there really 14 million followers of RL in the UK?

  • 2 weeks later...

Tickets are on sale again for Christmas for the next four days. There is impressive demand; of the 45 ticketing opportunities for individual games or double headers, 28 are marked as medium or low availability and 17 as high availability.

Host grounds with good sales are Newcastle and Middlesbrough, Leeds, Leigh, Warrington and Sheffield.

Hull is the only host city that has not recorded at least one match at medium or low availability.
