Yes this is great news.

Especially when you consider that it took nearly a hundred years before our lads were even allowed to play it, while the officer class organised RaRa and flagrantly shoved it down the poor squaddies throats and of course, openly promoted it all over the world.

At last, the cat is out of the bag. The world is finally becoming aware of the greatest game and with a fair wind, we will be unstoppable.

Great news! A valuable foothold that the game hasn't been able to get in other countries.

A rugby league link-up with the British Army set up could set-up some great future events.

I am unsure of the current RL status in Nigeria.  To me, that would be the most obvious step.  Having worked with both nationalities, I know they are tremendously competitive.
