I wish Monte every success.  This is just the beginning, so he is still full of energy and enthusiasm, I hope he can go the distance and make sure this team is one that will exist long-term.  Cleveland is quite well located too, nearest major cities are:

Pittsburgh - 2hrs 10min
Columbus - 2hrs 10min
Detroit - 2hrs 40min

That right there would make a nice little division of its own.

They had a squad as recently as 2018 and were wanting to join the USARL.

Makes more sense for them to join a Cleveland centred league, both from a location perspective and also from a competitiveness perspective.
