The new national lockdown has triggered a change to our retail store’s click and collect policy – as well as a welcome free postage offer for fans placing larger orders.

The guidance of the lockdown allows us to continue offering the click and collect service from our retail store at Robin Park Arena, but the opening hours and collection methods have been altered with staff and supporter safety in mind.

Fans are now advised that the service will be available from 9am to 1pm on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and upon arrival, rather than walking up to the reception door, please remain in your car – or at a safe distance if you arrive on foot or bicycle – and call our store hotline on 01942 762845.

You will be asked to provide your name and order number, as well as letting us know where you’re located, so that we can instead bring your order to you outside, rather than the heightened transmission risk of increased indoor footfall.

Please remember that lockdown guidelines mean that you should only leave home for essential reasons, so please consider this factor when planning if and why you would prefer to use the click and collect service rather than opting for home delivery.

In a bid to make the latter option far more attractive, we’re bringing back our popular free UK postage offer for all orders of £20 or more, which will remain in place up to and including Sunday 31st January.

Why not take a browse of all the fantastic available items now via store.wiganwarriors.com to find out which great items you can add to your basket to create a qualifying free delivery order?
