Excolt 1
For older Hornets supporters who may not have heard yesterday was the funeral of ex Hornet Nigel Crabtree . Local lad Nigel played for Hornets in the late seventies then later with Milnrow amateur club. A great bloke whose whole family where Hornets through and through. RIP Nigel. Nigel was cousin to ex Hornet Brett Garside and related to Tommy Woods, member of Hornets Northern Union Cup winning side in 1922.
ornit4ever
Nigel was a solid hardworking player both for Hornets and Milnrow and all his family were rugby mad. My condolences to his family RIP NIGEL. RUGBY LEAGUE WITHOUT ROCHDALE HORNETS IS LIKE AN UNSHARPENED PENCIL, THERES NO POINT?
