I was thinking this as well. We're missing a lot of the game by not seeing the positioning and runs made by players away from the ptb as well.

Batley will have the hill and the wind in the second half, but can't see it being enough - Fev just look better in every area.

Batley kick a penalty on halftime. They should be really happy being just a converted try down at halftime. With that period of utter dominance from Fev, I don't know how they haven't got more, of course they missed 3 conversions but they were kicking against the wind.

Bit of a frustrating half from a Fev fan's point of view as at times we looked totally dominant and scored a couple of superb tries but then tried to do too much too soon in the attacking sets and also gave away possession in our own territory too many times. Fair play to Batley for hanging on in there, just one score in it at half time.

Rovers' defence soaked up all that pressure without too much problem so far.

Just as I say that they are finally in! 10 minutes of sustained pressure on the Fev line pays off and Batley have levelled up the score!
