All you need to do is:

1. Name the 8 winning teams  (a drawn game after extra time counts as a win for both teams for the sake of our comp)

2. How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R9? (Used as tie breaker)

3. How many HOME wins will there be in the round? When a game is played on the road the first team  is taken as the home team.

4. Poll: How many teams will score 30 points or more? Enter in your post and also at the top of the topic.

Entries welcome until the first game of the round kicks off this Thursday 6th May.

Award images are made and presented weekly. There's a tipping ladder kept throughout the season too. it is kept as a separate thread on this forum.

This looks like the toughest week of the season so far to predict. Which is doubly difficult considering how far down the table I am. I will go for :

Winners - Storm, Panthers, Eels, Raiders, Titans, Cowboys, Sea Eagles, Bulldogs.

5 home wins, 3 teams to score 30 plus points and 344 points in total.

Winners, Melbourne Storm, Penrith Panthers, Paramatta Eels, Canberra Raiders, West Tigers, North Queensland Cowboys, Manly Sea Eagles and St George Illawarra

Total Points - 313

Home wins : 7

30 Points or more : 4 teams

I was sorely tempted to tip the Knights at Wagga but then if there is a team that has lost its mojo more than Ricky's Rebellious Raiders It's the Knights. Playing in the Riverina tips the lance in favour of Canberra to unhorse the Knights.

Hi Harrigan,

You've put Rabbitohs and Storm in your Round 9 tips, but they play each other. Did you mean Rabbitohs and Panthers etc?

Please review and revise your tips,

As it is the first game of the round it'd be best to be quick.

Thanks, Graham
